Javier Lomelín

President Colliers International Mexico

He is a graduate of the Universidad Panamericana with a degree in law. In 1991 he studied the necessary subjects to obtain the Real Estate Broker Degree in the state of California, at the Anthony School of San Diego, CA., and the Professional Certificate in Real Estate Development at the University of California, San Diego. In 1995 he participated in the "Senior Management Program of Companies D-1", in the IPADE (Instituto Panamericano de Alta Dirección de Empresas).

He has been working since 1995 as General Director of Colliers Lomelín and a leading role in the establishment and consolidation of Colliers International in Mexico and Latin America. At this time, he is the director of Colliers Mexico, with 9 offices under his charge within Queretaro, Ciudad Juarez, Guadalajara, Monterrey, Tijuana, Puebla and Mexico City.

In 1997 he desidned and coordinated the Diploma of "Administration and Finances in Real Estate", at the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico (ITAM).

Mr. Javier Lomelín continually participates as an exhibitor in various Nationals and International forums. He has also been recognized in several awards, including with the medal "Luis Barrios" the Real Estate Excellence Awarded by the mexican association of Real Estate Professionals (AMPI), several times has been in the the list of "100 Leaders" publication.

He has been a member of the AMPI since 1994, an Association of which he has been a Director in various periods. Lomelin is a Founder, and Member of the Board of Directors of the ICEI (Commercial and Industrial Institute A.C.), an association that joins the main companies that provide specialized services in non-residential properties. He currently serves as Vice President of BOMA Mexico (Building Owners and Managers Association International), as well as part of the Board of Directors of the Mexican Institute of Intelligent Buildings A.C., (IMEI). He is a member of the Board of Directors of Consorcio ARA and Fibra HD (a prestigious Mexican REIT).

Javier is the Founder and President of the Board of "Corinca Kindergarten", a charitable institution that is focused since 2000 to serve mexican children between two and seven years, coming form low income families and those whose families can´t access to a complete education.

Promoter of community programs of Colliers International Mexico in support of charitable mexican institutions among which are: "Naturalia- Cinturón Verde" (Mexico city), "Casa Simón de Betania" (Monterrey), "Estancia de la Senectud" (Guadalajara), "Libera un Tortuga" (Cancun), etc.
